SIMPLY DELICIOUS

We source our Ceremonial Grade Matcha from 10 small holder factories in Shizuoka, Japan. Tencha (the style of leaf) used to make the Matcha is shaded with covers for 3 – 4 weeks before plucking.

This process slows down the growth of the tea leaves and also concentrates the chlorophyll in the tea leaves which gives it the vibrant green colour.

The leaves are then milled using ceramic mill stones to achieve a fine powder.

HOW TO MAKE

Scoop 1g of Matcha into a standard sized glass/mug. (Adjust powder quantity to the size of your mug)

If needed, sweeten with a squeeze of honey, agave/maple syrup (Or equivalent sweetener)

Add a splash of 80°C water and whisk until smooth.

Top up with steamed, or cold milk of your choice. Or top up with hot/cold filtered water.

For cold brews just add some ice.
