Today we head to the Middle East and to the beautiful Jebel Shams – Oman where photographer aniirudhshankar shows us around it’s beautiful scenery.
Jebel Shams is Oman’s highest mountain and quite the place to spend your weekend. Its a 3 hour drive from the city i grew up in (Muscat) and the drive is just as fun as being up there. Its the best place to view the night sky in the country. Temperatures generally go down to 10 degrees with strong winds which is a treat for us as muscat is always at 40+ degrees. I feel like every time I visit this place i come back with the best shots I’ve ever taken. Being up there and looking at the night sky is one of my favourite things to do in Oman and I haven’t even mentioned the epic sunsets! I wasn’t lucky enough to get any clouds this time but it was still beautiful.
Hope you guys enjoy scrolling through the pictures 🙂
What is your favourite place to have a cup of tea? #teawithaview
My favourite place to enjoy a cup of tea, preferably hibiscus, is near the camp fire under the milky way at the highest point in Jebel Shams. It’s absolutely stunning!
